cara studios on state tour  
   Georgia Historic House and Garden  Pilgrimage:

Artist and poet Cara created a lush garden retreat adjoining the historic  Carnegie Library in Barnesvile.  The beautifully designed garden "blossomed" from an almost  barren piece of property.  Cara Studios is located directly across from the Chamber of Commerce off the downtown area.

Also on Tour at Cara Studios:  Recently featured on HGTV, Cara lovingly restored  the turn of the century Georgian Revival building. She established a unique studio and gallery on the main floor and elegant  living quarters on the second floor.  Tours of the interior were offered all day.

Special Presentation and Tour:  A personal tour of the garden, a full interior tour and Cara's art performance, "Folded Wings, A Journey of the Spirit, " were presented at 5 PM.  An excerpt of this performance was seen on Georgia Public Broadcasting in February.
