Cara will conduct a printmaking workshop to follow on the heels of the exhibit
and
interdisciplinary
presentation
"Folded Wings." This workshop
can be given as part of the six
week
Workshop I, "Creative Encounters, A Seminar
for Women" if you are within easy
driving distance
of Barnesville. It can also be adapted for a long Saturday workshop
following
any
Friday
night gallery opening.
 The
resurgence of interest in the monotype, has created a demand for
instruction. Cara
will give a history of printmaking
and share the methods
she has developed for
printing on paper
and canvas with ink, acrylic paint
and
other mediums.
